COACHING

You are important to us!

You won't be tossed in a folder and ignored. We want to help you grow and reach your goals, and our approach might be a bit more individual to every client. 

We consider it important to get to know you – to get the idea about your lifestyle, working hours, food priorities, injuries and so on, in order to make sure you don't waste your (or our) time doing exercises you don't need or don’t feel comfortable with, and to offer a better perspective and experience with the training. 

ONLINE COACHING

  • Online Coaching is phased throughout a 4-week course and it involves individualized programming from our side - based on your assessments and goals.

  • Video consultations at the end of each cycle are included, and here we thoroughly discuss the program in order to maximize the training results. 

  • 24/7 support through social media and/or Gmail is also included, in case you need us to answer any on-spot questions regarding the exercises and program, to analyze training footage or provide any program corrections.

  • Supplement recommendation and nutrition advice

IN-PERSON COACHING

  • Personal training is phased throughout a 4-week course and it involves individualized programming from our side - based on your assessments and goals 

  • It involves a 60+ min session, 3+ times a week.

  • The first session will include a full and comprehensive assessment covering posture, goals, current performance, training history, current nutrition, and lifestyle.

  • 24/7 support through social media and/or Gmail is also included, in case you need us to answer any on-spot questions regarding the exercises and program, to analyze training footage or provide any program corrections.

  • Supplement recommendation and nutrition advice.

In-person training sessions are held at:

- "E Fitness Centar" in Novi Sad by Petar Smash

- Kosta Krunic works in multiple gyms in Belgrade

  

VIDEO CONSULTATIONS

  • 30-60 min consultation to answer any questions you have regarding strength, mobility, nutrition, lifestyle, skill training and more. Follow up with email support to answer additional questions.
